파이썬 패키지 설치시 OpenSSL 오류

오류 내용

패키지 설치시 "CondaSSLError: OpenSSL appears to be unavailable on this machine." 오류 발생

conda install -c conda-forge ta-lib
Collecting package metadata (current_repodata.json): failed

CondaSSLError: OpenSSL appears to be unavailable on this machine. OpenSSL is required to
download and install packages.

Exception: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='conda.anaconda.org', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /conda-forge/win-64/current_repodata.json (Caused by SSLError("Can't connect to HTTPS URL because the SSL module is not available."))

 

조치 방법

OpenSSL 모듈을 찾지 못하여 발생하는 오류로, anaconda3\Library\bin 폴더에서 libcrypto-1_1-x64.dll 와 libssl-1_1-x64.dll 파일을 복사하여 anaconda3\Dlls 에 붙여넣고 다시 시도해 보십시요.
